As part of this, we recently completed a build of the Voyageur floor plan, inspired by our 2023 Parade Home. Read on to see the highlights from a recent build for one of our customers!
A Stunning Exterior
For this build, the customer chose dramatic exterior features that really catch your eye in the morning light. And with LED lighting all over the house, it is also an eye-catcher at night, when the lighting creates dramatic shadows! Like the interior lighting and upgraded light switches, the exterior lighting is part of a full smart home control system.
A Black and White Kitchen
This black and white kitchen makes a bold, modern statement! A black island, lighting, and range hood create stunning contrast with the white cabinets and countertops. A similar color scheme is found throughout the house with black vanities, faucets, and even closet doors helping create a distinct sense of upscale style.
Pantry Improvements
This latest iteration of the Voyageur floor plan incorporates a hidden pantry, just like our 2023 Parade Home. This pantry takes things even further with a door to the garage, making it easy to unload groceries. It’s a small change, but one that makes a big difference for your regular routine!
