Drywall and Ceilings
Quality drywall and ceilings may not always receive a lot of focus in home design, yet they play an instrumental role in your home’s visual appeal. We use 5/8” drywall on ceilings and 1/2” drywall on the walls. All drywall is nailed, glued, and screwed to ensure it stays firmly in place. To further enhance the look of your home, ceilings are textured and painted with one coat of white paint. This gives you an excellent baseline for your new home.
Flooring
Quality flooring is comfortable underfoot while also enhancing your home’s looks. To that end, we use luxury vinyl tile/plank in bathrooms, the kitchen, the laundry room, and foyer. These floors are available in a wide range of styles and are easy to care for. For the rest of the house, we provide CDC and SHAW carpets. An 8-pound pad is used in all carpeted areas to improve comfort and durability.
Optional Upgrades
While our standard interior finishes are great, we also offer optional upgrades to help you further customize your home. Some popular choices include upgrading to tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, hardwood flooring, or choosing higher-end hardware for interior doors.
