The Location
Situated on a cozy, partially-wooded lot in Wooster, Ohio. It’s a short walk to the area elementary school and close to both downtown and North end amenities.

The Exterior
Combines traditional siding, board and batten, and shake all in Granite grey, with stone from local business, Casa Di Sassi and a bold front door for contrast. Triple grids in the top window sashes are an added touch. Not pictured here is split face above grade block, a standard specification for Capstone homes.
The Entrance
Walk in to an expansive great room with vaulted ceiling that’s open to a bright dining area and kitchen. Notice the sight lines directly to sliding glass doors that lead to the back deck and wooded back yard. The living area has luxury vinyl plank flooring, which is also found in the bathroom, which you’ll see below.
Why we like open floor plans
It’s not just for looks! (Although let’s be honest, the flow of this space just works.) Open, airy spaces mean friends and family can gather in the same no matter what area they’re in! Maybe that means enabling parents to watch their child play while they make dinner. Or encouraging teens to get out of their rooms for more family time. It simply creates a welcoming feel.
