Our model home Grand Reopening event is set for Saturday, July 13th, and we are really excited to reveal what we’ve been working on the past few weeks. Our goal in this home is not to display simply the basic options, but to show an array of both standard and upgraded features to meet the lifestyles, design tastes, and price points of all of our clients.
We hope you’ll join us for all of the excitement as we reveal the newly renovated custom home.

The Welcome
The front door is a beautiful craftsman with coordinating sidelight. It’s really a stunning welcome to the home.
Through the entrance, the stairway to the second floor has been updated with wrought iron. Exposed wood with a runner give the stairs a clean look.
An Open-Concept with Defined Spaces
Possibly the most remarkable change is the added picture window in the Great Room. You’ll notice it upon walking in the front door and the sight lines to the back property make the home feel even more expansive.
A coffered ceiling in the dining area opens up the space and adds unique character. Coffered ceilings come in an array of designs. Ours is a symmetric and sleek. We’ve also added half-wall paneling to the dining walls, white to match the trim. These design changes give the dining area a defined space while still maintaining the open concept layout.
The floors are now Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) in the Great Room, dining, office, and main bath, for a fresh, open feel and durable use.
Fresh paint throughout the home showcases one of the season’s popular color palettes, with dark, moody hues and calming neutrals.
Removing and reworking columns helped to open the space even further, so you can see the best way to utilize your home's space for the level of openness and functionality you desire.
The Bathrooms: A Master Suite Oasis
We think you’ll LOVE the new vanity and Cambria countertop in the master bath, above which circular flat-black framed mirrors add sophisticated charm. There’s also a beautiful tiled shower and a walk-in closet with built-in shelving and bench for accessible storage.
The second floor bathroom offers a large, decorative vanity for a variation on basic bathroom cabinetry.
Function Rooms: Laundry and Drop Zone
We reworked the laundry room to add a larger pantry. And there’s now a bench and drop zone in the laundry off the garage. If you’re looking to create a central space for life’s necessary clutter, this layout is perfect.
The Kitchen
We stripped the kitchen down to the subfloor and installed new cabinets with accented doors, a hood over the stove as a centerpiece, and a large island for an expanded workspace. The showstopper? – Cambria countertops and matching backsplash. The style features the latest trend in beautiful counter options. The kitchen will wow, whether you love to cook or love to order take-out.
