New Floor Plan: the Cascades
Designed with modern life in mind, the Cascades uses an open floor plan that helps it feel even bigger than its already spacious 3,150 square feet. This two story home uses vaulted ceilings to provide a sense of vertical space, and the ground floor features a dinette, great room, dining area, office, laundry room, and the master bedroom. Additional bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. As with other Capstone Custom Home designs, the Cascades’ floor plan can be adjusted to fit the homeowner’s needs.
Three Distinct Styles
If you’re looking for design inspiration, the Cascades has you covered with three distinctive styles. The Traditional style features a mixture of stone veneer and standard siding. This fresh modern look is the perfect fit for any neighborhood. If you’re interested in something a bit more rustic, the Farmhouse style is the way to go. The siding of this design option is meant to evoke the look of a classic farmhouse, making it a great fit for a rural retreat. Finally, there is the Craftsman style. This option features an upgraded front porch design and a mix of stone veneer and weather-resistant siding for a durable look.
Standard Features
With the Cascades, you can enjoy many included features that you’d have to pay extra for with other builders. These include our Capstone Signature Amish crafted solid wood cabinets with soft close drawers and doors. Available in oak or maple, these cabinets can be stained or painted according to your specifications.
Other features include a walk-in pantry for extra storage, covered back porch and an available upgrade to a walk-in shower. High efficiency HVAC equipment and insulation will help your home’s energy efficiency throughout the year.
