3 Questions We May Ask

Capstone Custom Homes Model Home

We’re always excited to talk to individuals and families planning their dream home. That’s why we’re available to meet at our two model homes on the corner of U.S. 30 and S.R. 89. Our friendly sales staff enjoys answering questions, and below are a few items that they may discuss so that we understand your goals.

1.  Your Timeframe for Building

One thing to consider is how soon you wish to start building. We offer a 120 day completion timeline from the completion of the foundation, allowing us to proceed quickly if you want to break ground soon. If you aren’t planning on breaking ground for a few years or more, that’s fine, too! An initial visit is a great opportunity to get a better idea of what you want and what costs you need to plan for.

2.  The Lot For Your Home

Finalizing lot details is essential for building a home. If you don't already have a lot, our team may be able to help you find one as well as refer you to trusted financing options in your area. One of our project managers will inspect your lot and together with the sales team let you know what utilities and lot preparation may need completed before building starts.

3.  Floor Plans & Custom Builds

Are you content with one of our standard floor plans, or do your dreams require a one of a kind home? At Capstone Custom Homes, our floor plans are a great starting point and a way to streamline the process. You can get a feel for our floor plans while visiting the model homes. However, we allow you to customize every part of the house — not just the location of interior walls. This even includes the foundation and blueprint. Knowing what build style you prefer will make it easier to come up with an action plan and estimate.

There's never a bad time to talk to our friendly team. At Capstone Custom Homes, you are our top priority. We’ll provide personalized planning assistance to help transform your vision into reality.
